General Information and Guidelines
Priority will be given to events requested at least 30 days prior to the performance or first rehearsal date.
Most events held in PAS will be charged a Space Utilization Fee. This fee helps offset costs to the Department of Music for hosting your event. This fee may be paid by money order, certified/cashier's check or via SpeedType and is due the Tuesday prior to your performance or first rehearsal date, whichever is sooner. If this fee is not received by that date, your event will be cancelled. This fee is non-refundable.
No political, religious, or fundraising event may be held in PAS.
The Event Sponsor assumes full financial responsibility for any damage or theft to Music Department facilities or equipment that may occur during the event and/or related rehearsals or receptions, unless said damage or theft is due to the actions or negligence of Music personnel.
Once this completed form has been received, you will be contacted within three business days about the availability of PAS and to discuss technical details about the needs for your planned event. If your event will require production services beyond what we normally provide, you will also receive information about additional costs and options for obtaining those services, which will be provided either by Emory staff or an outside vendor.
